SWAP Parkpre Scepter Comp 19" for................

I've decided the frame is too big for me so ideally would like to swap for something smaller. Prefer a steel frame, or would go for a more modern frame with a boingy rear bit.... what have you got?

Frame is in pretty good nick. All stickers present, but ideally could do with replacing. Some small surface rust spots, nothing major. Tange tubing. Macro pics upon request.

The 15" has pretty similar geometry to 17" except for seatube length, but seems like an unfair swap for you. A top of the range NOS frame for my mid-range frame.

Look at frame size 19" on the below link

1" = 25.4mm

If it helps i measure it to be c/t 51cm and c/c to be 57.5cm but i would go with the measurements on the link for accuracy.
