Swap Pace V/Canti Mounts for Disk mount

Hi all,

It's been a while since I've been on but doing a favour my brother, he's got a set of Pace RC46 Evo Pro class forks with the canti/V Brake mounts but wants a disk mount (shudder) I just wondered if there's anyone out there that wants to do a swap?
