Swap disc brakes or does anyone have a post mount Hope C2 ?

Swap a set of Hope xc4 in nice nick for a set of disc brakes with a rear post mount fitting from around 99 - 02 .

Prefer Avid or Magura or maybe Formula

Got a set of magura clara front and back with rotors
if you fancy them bought for son but he wants raceline
never fitted got off e-bay have a spare set of pads togo with them

Steve , your brakes look like Hope XC4's or Enduros to me . :?
Is the rear a post mount ? I can't tell by the photo .

Bugger... Not sure now. Was told they were c2.. Just looked online at the hope manual and by jingo your right.
