I would say the frame is a 19" c t c 20" c to t.

jm has the frame at the mo', so I can't give proper measurements!!

My mate and forum member and bike wrench and audax legend and part time cx racer and mustache wearer and a top bloke!

We have shared our bikes n kit for years. He's off the bike at the mo' so he will not be building the Surly as winter hack anytime soon.
