The lugs look the same as Spokesmans picture,its the short headtube on the Dawes that throws you.

Going off topic a little.Here is another too small for me frame I have,its a Raleigh Royale from the mid 60's.The question is,i only thought Carlton did the rap around seat stays ?

Worksop built Suns used these form of seat stay treatment too.

Mind you I'm not sure if some Raleigh / Carlton's slipped out of the Falcon back door..............
