Seller sates believes this is 91 and that the cokours are much more vibrant and neon in the flesh.

I have seen a couple of splatter Marins from that time, but only ever in Europe (Italy). The stays etc look like a 91-ish too, but this was the teflon era in UK.
Were there different paints in Europe?
