Sounds in my head...Does this happen to you?

I have realised that every ride, I end up with one particular song that will just keep re-appearing and bouncing round in the vacuum in my head over and over again. Usually just one bit of a song.

Last ride - as much as I tried for it to be Talking Heads - 'This Must Be The Place', it ended up being....The theme tune to Jossy's Giants!

Next one I am determined to make it Groove Armada 'Superstylin'.

I normally have kids tunes going round in my head as the kids are always singing these .. this morning on the way to school it was... 5 little speckled frogs... sat on a speckled log.. eating the most delicious bugs... yum yum

I was out mountain biking on Monday and as I was riding along I saw someone coming the other way. When I saw them it popped into my head to ask them 'Is this the way to Amarillo', I don't know why and I didn't do it, but thats all it took. I tried singing other songs to myself (in my head, not out loud) to get rid of it but a few minutes later when I thought it was gone, it wasn't.

So no, it's not just you. You weren't thinking 'I am the one and only', were you?
