So which Marin do I have here

Spec looks like 1994/5 with Marin lite cantilever brakes with Richey brake levers, Shimano LX front rear mech an LX hubs with 19mm Mavic rims, Marin lite stem frame is 7000 series aluminium fork marked as "triple butted"

Seat tube is 22" wheels 700c but being aluminium it doesn't match any of the city bikes of that period plus the frame would easily take a 50mm tyre.


It's a quite a light build of around 11kg

Looking at the available catalogues I can't find a 22" framed anything

Well spotted thanks spent ages looking for a match, must be the only time grip shift was fitted on a better quality bike although proper SRAM made grip shift seems quite good compared to the later cheaper version s
