What's the the three tower building with the flat bit stuck on top?

Also what's located on the flat bit. Can you go up there (not that I'd want to, I'm terrible with heights!)

You're not going to believe this ......

The three towers are a hotel attached to a casino. The complex is called Marina Bay Sands. On the flat bit, there is a "sky park" with trees, a bar, and 150m infinity edge swimming pool.

I haven't been up there yet. For S$20 (about a tenner) you can go up and have a look around, but the pool is for guests only.
