My 1995 Rockhopper that i have completely rebuilt.

finished at the weekend but may change a few things once i have ridden it over the summer

i wanted to fit the original cantilever brakes on it but the bushes were so worn they had loads of play in them so went for V-Brakes instead.

Here is a very rare find, a true garage queen: 1988 Specialized Rockhopper Comp 21.5" in 'Di Nucci green' with a lot more photos of this bike on my website. Everything on this bike is original and absolutely perfect. After complete disassembly I only replaced old lubricant with modern days equivalent, leaving all original components intact. It is a bit too large for me, but I just can't put a price tag on this beauty. 01.jpg 03.jpg 21.jpg 32.jpg

I love this bike, just plain fun
Great photo! The candy red enamel on this 2010 Hardrock is challenging even Specialized's favorite 'team red'. It looks very different depending on the light and viewing angle. I restored 4 versions of this bike:
- red: https://bikesheaven.com/2010-specialized-hardrock-15-red/
- blue: https://bikesheaven.com/2010-specialized-hardrock-disc-17-blue/
- black and honey/gold - didn't post those on my site yet
