Thanks. They were only built from Max OR tubes in 1991. Before and after they used Tange (Ultimate) Prestige for the Pro Racing.

They did two exceptional builds:

The 1991 Pro with Columbus tubes
and the 1988 Pro with Ishiwata EX3 tripple butted

The JUDY is unfortunately kaput, so I'm in the process of finding a replacement suspension/rigid fork. Any suggests?

you should find yourself a Judy SL as the Pro Racing came with the SL. This is the XC, no? I need one of those for my Team Racing from the same year (1995).
