Looks really nice and impressive low weight, what brake levers will you be fitting as I noticed they're not there as yet?
Haha not so good of a look at our "advanced" age, is it? But that's what is so good about these bikes, make us behave like foolish kids again.
I had one this week too, on trails that go off off the side of the paved path. First look around to see if anyone saw, second to see if the bike was OK, third to see if I'd been injured

Cheers guys! 1000000% the bike is just so playful and makes me feel like a kid again, big time! I expect many more stacks to come! 😅

Right now I'm using these crazy light Extralite brake levers which I've stolen off my fixie. They're an insane 46g a pair, work really well and look amazing too.

I'm a weight weenie at heart, so there's always a huge temptation for me to get the weight down on any bike I build. The bike was 12.98kg when I fist got it on the scales, so I've shaved off 2kg already without really trying, shaving another 1-2kg would be awesome. The fork is super heavy at 1850g. I've looked at rigid forks, but since I intend to take this bike out on the trails I'd like to keep the suspension fork so I'll keep an eye out for some Rock Shox Mag 21's. I've also been on the hunt for wheels which I'm really struggling with. It's insane how much choice road cyclist have right now with lightweight carbon wheels and initially I was shocked how little choice there is out there for 26" wheels. All part of the fun though!
