Well I acquired this frame a couple months ago, with a badly stuck seat post and BB. it took me a couple weeks to get them out. But it was worth the effort.

Very nice job. My seatpost was also stuck when I got it. I made an extractor tool and got it out in a few hours. I suspect it had been in there for years with no copper kote anti seize. Aluminium and ti are not good friends when they get wet together

You are talking the big bulky steel contraption that you bolt your frame into? I thought of making up a post extractor also. Might still do it.
 
Nah. I made an expanding mandrel / collar and then slid it down just pass the end of the post. Screwed it open then attached a slide hammer and after a few good whacks, hey presto. I also honed the seat tube
