Mama, not sure on the tyres, don't have any branding that I am familiar with. They are old and starting to crack though.

Mint, the pro flex was a cheap find. Frame was karma I'm fact. It was built using leftovers from bikes bought and stripped basically.

As for condition, I wouldn't use and broken or suspect parts. Not knowingly anyway!

...err forgot to add:
Purchase cost £60. Sold seatpost for £30. Sold both mechs and shifters for £30. Rest from spare part bin mainly from used parts. Only new things was a BB for £15.
