Hi all my first post on the forum!
I am currently in the process of restoring my Merlin Cycles Malt 1 from 2002 and having trouble trying to find the pad axle bolt for the Shimano M555 brakes in the UK as the bolt head is worn making it difficult to replace and remove. The Shimano part number is Y-8B5 98030 (pad axle and snap ring) or Y-8B5 08000 (just the pad axle) not bothered which. The parts breakdown can be found at http://www.paul-lange.de/support/shiman ... I wondered if anyone can help just spent the last hour trying to find this part to no avail, very frustrated!. Anyone now of anywhere I could get this on the web, not bothered whether it is genuine Shimano or not.
