LCD TV boxes are perfect and easy to obtain and a whole bike can be packed into one of these with dimensions ending up less than 99cmx60cmx20cm which is about £14.95 + VAT via Parcel2go.

Thanks for the advice,just asked the seller if they can box it up.Was due to collect from west sussex till i found out it's 4 hours on the train and 3 or 4 changes due to line 'improvements' :roll:

Spot on - I take the forks out so there will be no strain if its dropped/whacked on the end.
