I am considering attempting to make a modern 'homage' to the original Axo Pony boots. I have obtained a new, very similar Asolo walking boot and want an old pair (or even just one) Axo Pony so I can try and copy or source the strap to cover the laces. I maybe able to source the big plastic 'eyelet' from China or even 3d print it. So who's got a Pony spare to give or lend to me? Who knows, maybe once it's done, I may be able to get a manufacturer to make some 'proper' ones.
