I'll have a Mars bar bet that he stroms to the front and wins 1st time out!

Awesome stuff!

I will see your Mars Bar and raise you a topic
This will make the rest of the season ALMOST watchable

Gc

I will see your Topic and raise you my Marathon*

*Yes, I absolutely refuse to call them Sni...Snick....bah,

.

Kimi is going to need alot of ice creams. Can't see him getting within a second of Schumacher. If Lewis's car is good a battle between them could be epic. I'll go 1st, Schumacher, 2nd Lewis, 3rd Alonso. If i'm wrong i'll split a bag of jelly babies between you :D

the Brawns are too strong and well-rounded a car, even with Schueys expertise,he wont cut it,he'll finsih high, but i dont think he'll be the big boy he once was.Ferrari are done.

as long as the weather is good throughout the rest of the races, braun have a good chance, and if Lewis Hamiltons win is a start of things to come, then i cant schumacher even bothering the top

Well the Braun are well off form. Red Bull are the team now. Ferrari are picking up. Was the last race a one off for Hamilton???
I must say I'd laugh my nuts off if he won first time out!! any thing is possible. Except force India wining (but you never know)

This is great news for Formula 1 seeing Schumacher back racing, it will be interesting to see if he still as good when he left back 2006 with a brilliant 4th at the final race in Brazil, I would love to see him beat Kimi Raikkonen and if he does then, Kimi will retire and go rallying next year.

Do you think Schumacher is coming back for fun? I dont think so, he is back to shake things up

Formula 1 is alive again, cant wait for the next race.

The Brawns are on the back foot at the moment- the car needs work as the chasing pack has caught them and they are struggling with the tyres. Biggest problem is that the factory is on a two week shutdown at the moment so it couldbe 2-3 races before they become competetive again.

Ferarri have made some progress but have already written the season off to concentrate on next years car. Also Schuey's past success was a result of his ability to mold the team around himself- something that Kimi has failed to do, with a resulting loss of form. Don't expect Schuey to jump in a flawed car which he has never ever driven (last F1 car he drove was the F2008) and fight for victories- he will do a solid job and get column inches for the Scuderia- nothing else.

I also think Hamilton and McLarens recent victory was a blip- big Rons absence will take time to heal. Don't expect much more from them.

I don't think so...they had a cracking car last year and have taken a wee longer this year to adjust.....I reckon they will be podium contenders for the rest of the season.....but what do I know...from my armchair

from my armchair it looks like the big boys ( mc laren and ferrari ) have caught up with the teams who had a technical advantage at the begining of the season .
