Umm… can’t remember. I bought it direct from the guy that was importing them. And chose the frame that fitted me.

That clears that up then - it's an 18" frame

No, they come in three sizes. Here's what Raging_Bulls told me:

Frame sizes are measured from the center of the BB to the top of the seat tube.
They are 46, 49 and 52cm (18.1", 19.3" and 20.5", but usually referred to as small, medium and large).
If a seller doesn't list the size of a steel frame, just look at the place where the seat tube diameter changes, and see where that is in relation to the "support plates" (by lack of a better word).

On the small frame, it changes diameter just below the support plates.
On the medium it changes where it meets them.
On the large frame, it only changes diameter above the support plates.
No such tricks for the aluminium frames unfortunately. As I mentioned above, those have a constant seat tube diameter.

So it's technically a Small/46 cm frame.

Bargain imo, I love how my 700c version rides.
