The frame has a slight fault, the bottom hole of the head tube is slightly big (very slight), basically I found the headset went in too easily/smoothly without too much pressure, even by hand (you have to push hard though), but once in it isn't loose and doesn't move (no it doesn't jiggle etc) and you can't move or remove the headset cup by hand once it's in, it was my younger brother's bike and we used a head lock instead of a star nut and cap just to be on the safe side, but I don't see a problem if you use a star nut, my brother only used it to go to school on, and never jumped it.
I bought it off SDH about a year ago and I was told it was a Saracen xile but it had a dodgy dark blue spray job(the paint was chipped/messy), so we stripped it, and we found some rbk stickers on it, the frame is in raw aluminum and it looks identical to an xile it's quite a nice tough looking frame with v-brake and disk tabs, (has a mech hanger too).
