18" but plenty of standover with the v tube I am 5'9" with a 30 inside leg and it is set up for me you can have it all bar the wheels

Depends on your leg length, but it does have a long top tube and more than half of the 350 post in the seat tube for me. Would say this was ok for anyone up to 6 foot and maybe a bit more.
