Earlier in the week Mr.Postie brought me some pedal-power related goodness, but now his arrival just sparks disappointment in the face of my 2-wheeled ambitions..

Somewhere in the postal system is:
Cranks
Pedals
More Pedals
Rear mech
Another rear mech
r/h Thumbie
Cables

It's going to be Tuesday before he gets to raise my hopes and dash them, wantonly, to the ground..... doorstep sadism, that's what it is..

I also like it when i've sold some thing to know that it has arrived :?
Must kick this addiction

I find that more stressful than waiting for stuff, truth be told..

Not so bad when it's just one thing but more than 10 have gone out this week...

On the upside, I'm away from this evening until Monday afternoon so the boredom will be replaced by the massively irritating blood relatives...
And I get to pick up 2 bikes, early 90's Saracen and Ridgeback (allegedly) so my latest fetish will have some fuel for the fire.
Much to wifeys' displeasure. . . .

i'm waiting for some gear linkages for the wife's car. needed them today so i can test drive it and make sure the engine's running properly before i tax and insure it for her. tax on her current car expires on monday so now i'm going to have to insure her on my truck

Wife's waiting for fuel pump, loom, ecu, immobiliser chip and ring for her car..

Not that she can fit any of them until she finds someone to lend her an engine crane for a couple of days in order to get old engine out/new engine in. .

wasn't trying for a pi**ing competition...

Just bought some more (small) ebay bits, more doorstep angst. . .
