Liner and a mesh type inner.
In as new condition, never worn, only tried on. Then sat in a draw for a long time. Time to go

These were a gift but I generally wear Lycra or on rare occasions my Altura's. Good shorts with lots of pockets etc, just not my thing really.
These are a small and would suite a 30 inch waist
