I have just rebuild a series 1 Rockshox Judy XC. Elastomers available from chap on here in Hungary. Excellent service. Fairly easy to do.

If your Judy fork has a working damper, better if it is a metal bodied version, then springs are fit and forget. Elastomers can be great for tuning if you can get different hardness to create the stack you want, but might be pretty costly unless you know and can buy the stack you want.
