I love the Rock n roll grease, it sticks to bearings very well and does not break down after long use. I repacked some Shimano 600 hubs about 10,000 k ago and just recently opened them up and the grease still looks great. It's not as thick as the old Campy white grease but it's the best I've used in the last 20 years. I have also just started using the Rock n roll red chain lube. It keeps the chain very clean, it leaves a waxy residue. I'll have to wait and see how long my chain lasts, but I'm very pleased with their products.

thanks........i agree it is very good
just cleaned/adjusted the front hub - was a bit tight - the R&R grease was still perfect

however - i've just ordered 100g tube of Weldtite Lithium TF2 from CRC at £3.99

if it's ''just ok'' - I'll go back to R&R
