What a great forum, just been drooling over some fantastic kit in the for sale section.
I'm after a bike for the Mrs who used to have a Specialised Rockhopper with 24", late 80s vintage. She's just under 5' and wants light and old style xc geometry, is only a casual rider and unlikely to hammer it. She's been out a few times on our eldest's new Scott Voltage YZ2 and found it a heavy lump. Something like an old Kona ought to suit.
Anyone got something?
Also looking at these on e-bay, any comments welcome!

She's liking the Gary in spite of the spongey bits and likely weight, partly because she knows how highly I rate my old Gary whereas I'm itching to get a tidy little frame and do a build up with bits sourced on here! :roll: I also think the Gary looks a bit-sit-up-and-beg-new-school-geometry.
