Hello again, following the theme of this thread, completely disassemble the trek dd3 mogul, it is similar in all those models I think, to release the bottles you have to roll up the corrugated sleeves, carefully lift the seal and underneath there is a circlip, then underneath There is another seal that is under pressure and you have to have a lot of patience to remove it little by little, also to place it you also have to use a tube and give it carefully with a rubber hammer, it is very laborious, here are the photos of what has been achieved

coating and assemble, The fork never had maintenance, in the oil I saw remains of the rubber stops that belonged to the bottom of the bottles, completely disintegrated, I put the same amount of 10WT motorcycle fork oil, I did not find a document that said how much, so as it had no loss, I used the same amount that I managed to rescue in a glass to measure, the air pressure was tested until it reached 40psi in each bottle, which was perfect for my weight and handling, the fork behaves excellent it is as if It will float, unfortunately it suffers what is usually called a shotgun when it recovers, until now it has not made stops with the bottom of the bottles so the bottom rubbers are not necessary, I have even jumped and it is also destined to make routes on the track

some sanding to the cassette, final assembly and after riding with some new little decals, i change the seat post because the original was too short, there's some play in the swingarm because the shock absorber bushing, already order and coming from china, I am using it for distances on tracks, I am surprised by the good balance even with the pogo back (It is said that it takes away your energy but I feel the opposite maybe because my weight is well balanced on the bike), I have beaten my times of my other hardtails and without the trail tires, I think this bike is made for me, thanks to all and again sorry my poor english
