What bars is the guy second from right using? Some type of large full width tri-bar it looks like. Scott perhaps?

I don't know about old skool positions - I'm riding like that now!

i think you are right mate...original scott full aero bars. i think i had a pair in my tri days. they were rubbish for anything other than riding on the flat in the aero position. i binned them and went to the clip on version on drops instead.....
