Couple of weeks ago I downloaded an iphone app, to keep tabs on my heart rate. Checking it after exercise, and stuff, just to see I'm not over exerting myself..
Now for the past few evenings, just as I get into bed I check my resting heart rate, and it's consistantly in the mid 40's (bpm)
What I don't really know, is whether this is a good sign of fitness, or whether I should start to worry that it's close to stopping..
Any experts on here..?
