Resting heart rate

Agree with you GT-Steve. I didn't see any egos :oops:
 
Lets see - I'm still under 40 years old, I don't drink, don't smoke, weigh in at a reasonable 70kg, don't do salt or junk food and yet my resting rate is 130!
My active rate when cycling (not too hard) is about 250 which apparently isn't right either.

The Doctor had me wear a BP and HR monitor for 24hrs the other day and it turns out I am only fit for the knackers yard.

I am now on beta-blockers which is really trippy as my resting HR has dropped to 80 and everything happens in half time like I am stoned! Christ alone knows what I would feel like with an HR of 40....
