Yes indeed they are 175mm long

As far as im aware it is an xtr spider ,i bought it as it looked like it would fit the xt and lx models as well
the seller said it was for his xtr cranks :?

i've never fitted it to either of my xt[739] or LX [569]but the fitting is the same so i dont think id have a problem.
If you have a pic of the mount on your cranks and it looks like the xt and lx ones then it should fit
Heres the back of the lx[which is identical to the xt]

Update on the adaptor
I had a pair of xtr 952 and the adaptor didnt fit it ,would that be the one you have Mark?

Tis the XTR crank that I got from you.

Have soem nice arms that were spiderless and just fancied another option over the spider I got with yours.....Just being greedy really!

they are different
I remember measuring it and thinking BUGGER.
Id bought that arm thinking id swop the spiders
Any luck on finding a non drive arm?
