Rebonding stays Vitus 992 [alloy]

I have a question on behalf of a member of my re-cycle project.
He is asking the question as to what bonding agent to use to reattach the non drive side chainstay to the dropout.Seems the glue has come unstuck and he wants to glue it back in place and needs to know the best choice of glue to use.
He says it plugs into the dropout lug ok,just needs bonding in. :?

Biggest problem I can see is there's a bunch of other bonds on the frame that were done on the same day with the same batch of glue. It IS a Vitus. They didn't call them rolling hand grenades for nothing.
