Check The Betd web site they do a frame saver bolt , it goes into the whole of the mech hanger .

I used that when the threads disapeared on my yeti .

This problem i had today just go to show why web sites like this are so important for us all. It is such a life saver. Well I've moved all the black Trimble parts on to the yellow Trimble
non bike people ask me why do i have more than one bike. And its for days like this. You can never have too many bikes.

Thanks to chris the guys that he told me about sent me the fix for my frame forget helicoil. this fixed it for me. The plastic is there till i fit a mech then it will fit nice and good

Yep, that is the stuff .

quite expensive I seem to remember , £7 or £8 with postage , but it does save the frame .
