I did the very same thing to a Raleigh Amazon I had back in '91

I was surprised how easily it was done!!

I just got a reply from the seller when I said that it appeared to have been crashed and maybe they should mention it.

Just seen the ad again and 3 people have sent questions re: the crash status so he has admitted that it has actually been crashed but he didn't realise it before.

Invite him to view any other picture of a similar bike and have a little game of 'Spot the Difference'. Even my six year olds can see the very obvious problems.
