ok, my opinion. Its an older bike that has been resprayed in Panasonic colours.
The fork crown is a late 70's type, pussibly cinelli internal cast but quality
The seat stay tops are quailty too, they are not the later shot in ones, but they are the ones that have a plate welded onto the hollow bevel - my preferred seat stay design as its stronger and lighter.
Only one set of bottle bosses, by 85ish all serious road bikes had 2 sets.
I would say latest 82'ish and was probably originally in TI colours. Its only recently that the old TI colours are popular, back in the day we all hated it as being too antiquated.
A check that the seatpin is 27.2mm gives a strong indication that it's a premium tubeset. If it's the right size, for £70 I'd have a punt.
