It has been that long since it rained here that now that it is, some of the street's younger residents are outside on their knees howling that the sky is melting!

Been a total blessing for me as I have been planting a load of trees a wee bit too late.

Spent all day removing and breaking up fence panels and filling a skip.
The rain was a blessed, cooling relief!
The house monkeys (cats) aren't keen on the thunder and lightning though. Dead brave when confronted by a tiny mouse or bird, but soon cower under the bed when the elements start to act!!
