According to Sicklines facebook page RaceFace are shutting down

Got to be a company 'name' that'll get bought though. Good one for Ritchey to get (he does still have Syncros I think ?) or absorbed into the mighty SRAM to bring some good looking cranks to their range

They're either too busy to post on either of those sites or don't want to until a new buyer is found

They didn't seem too anxious about goings on when I talked to them on Monday. This was sticking up out of my mailbox when I got home yesterday.

Generally when a business goes bust the workforce know little of it until the day the shop/factory actually closes. It's usually only the high end management that know what is actually happening.

That's in my experience of companies going bust anyway.
