get the cree lights from ebay. Cheap, and they work. Cheap enough to bin if they don't last long too

They probably need additional cable ties to secure the battery pack to the bike

I lost a battery on a ride, and the other doesn't last brilliantly. However, I've just bought a replacement battery and it's fine so far. The rear lights on this are brilliant though, as they charge even under house lights

Looking forward to this... What's the thinking on weapons of choice? Pre-'97 or more bomb-proof winter steeds?
(edited to add : I know the two aren't mutually exclusive, but in my garage it pretty much is at the moment!)
