Proshift v's - any good?

Just picked these up from my lbs, Owner only wanted a fiver, rear set only. Bar the tiny scratches on lever clamp they are mint. I'm sure they are worth what I payed even for show(!) but are they any good?
Might try them on the Hei Hei.

Any info much appreciated

They're made by Precision Billet who also made CNC'd mechs. The brakes get good reviews:

Hi Martin, they are fantastic the best V s made!
I ran a full set for ages, apart from the usual slop you get with all V s
they were ace.And i still dont know why i sold them.

If i do find any i will buy them in a heart beat!!

Thanks fro the input guys.
Just came inside from fitting them. Worked really quite well for all of 5 mins before somehow causing extra stress on my v brake hanger & shearing the thread?! This may be a coincedence who knows, they do look sweet tho' :?

What do the proshift front mechs perfom like? A friend has a nos one - whats the value of these? I have done a search & they seem to yo yo in price.
