The observant might have noticed that 2 years ago I had a 60cm one of these... that was too big... sold it and randomly found this even better example at 55cm .... but really it's still too big for my little short legs. 
Love the way this rides, just not how spread out I am on it!

55.5cm seat tube and 56cm top tube (centre to centre)
I've been running it with a 9speed cassette.
Shimano 600 headset and seat pin included. Runs well.
It takes a 27.2mm seat tube and English threaded BB.
700c wheels and doubt there would be space for mudguards.
Been looked after, few spots where nicks in the paint have been patched up, few chips from stones/chain and a tiny bit of surface rust on one of the rear dropouts.
