powder coating in Oxon/Glos...?

Can anyone recommend a powder coater in or around Oxford/Gloucester/Forest of Dean? I need to get my Race Lite a new mantle. Also, any tips for what to do when I take it - which bolts to leave in the frame etc? Should I get a cheapo seatpost to block the seat tube?
