Any advice folks? I bought a DA crankset ( old style, fluted cranks) from Switzerland, got a card from sorting office saying there was customs fee to pay ( grrr) PLUS a £8.00 handling charge for the priviledge ...this was 15/11. 16/11 I paid the fee online, waited a week, nothing. emailed for a redelivery 23/11, email sent to me confirming 25/11 redelivery. nothing. 2 emails to customer services with all item numbers yadayada. nothing. Letter requesting compensation to customer services H/O this week nothing.
With carriage and customs i'm dowm £58, worse is it was pretty mint so the only other one on Ebay is like £80 odd from belgium.
Anyone tried recovering compensation via the County Court??? seriously p***ed
