Was that front canti hanger stock, then?

I initially put one on, recently, on my 91 Apex, but couldn't get happy with how it looked, so changed it for a stem clamp-on hanger.

I don't think so, this was Heathy's old kona he sold a couple of years back. Would have been a stem with guide or headset collar affair I would guess
