Anoter update.. :roll: - 25miles of road riding today, and a couple of hours in the saddle, and only the minimialist amount of P+N's.

I think there's a little bit more adjustmant in the cleats, and a little more in the saddle, then I should be about as happy as I could be with it all.

Lon Haldeman ( of RAAM fame ) reckons you should put your cleats as far back on the shoe as is possible to avoid pins and needles.
