Any bike with a snowflaked front wheel gets my vote on BOTM tho!

Depends on your local store.

Our local store will happily build snowflake, fan, crows foot, etc and regularly does. Believe it or not they have also built 1x pair of 1891 cushion tyre wheels and a front penny farthing wheel in the last year!!!
