I need an lgf (not literally. . . ) . . got some tools and a wotsit of teflon grease but no clue of where to lube or what lube is required..

Probably going to end up paying my LBS £20 to service the bikes as they are built

Get yourself the zen and the art of mountain bike maintenance or some sort of book.read it cover to cover,theres no reason you cant learn is there?
And most here including myself are self taught.
Basic stuff really,i have complete confidence in you
