Pickle's guide to bike maintenance

Poor LGF, you could have sorted him out with a full height stand at least to save his knees and back!

LGF is a superstar.

I cant thank him enough for all his patience, advice, tips and help he has given me over the years 8)

He basically owns my Stumpjumper......I just ride it for him!

I need an lgf (not literally. . . ) . . got some tools and a wotsit of teflon grease but no clue of where to lube or what lube is required..

Probably going to end up paying my LBS £20 to service the bikes as they are built
