It's metric and maybe with BSA BB, can't remember. It had Shimano sealed cartridge BB, newer cheap crank and the RD was Shimano Eagle II.-----
subject frame appears it might be the sort of iron constructed with a tubeset issuing from Ateliers de La Rive
there looks to be the ghost image of a blade transfer present in the photo; have you been able to identify it by its shape?

Yes, the transfers are just visible, but I identified it from the fork crown and the brazed-on "ladle" rear brake cable stop.
Weight of the frame is about 2400g if I remember correctly.
Must be the "Vélo Course Interclub Nouveau Modèle Ref. 105 NM" from 1978 or prior.

In 1980 the model "105" was offered with 3 tube 531 as the "105 NM BIS". But the catalog describes even the base model having forged drop outs.
