some powder coaters will blast strip it for you now for about 30 quid.
Just make sure they are experienced with bikes and you make clear what your frame is made of. Different beads works best on different frames.
Agreed on Nitromors, the E.U. forced nitromors to remove the stuff that used to make it good and now it takes a lot longer using the new nitromors. It still works but takes much much longer.
On podwer coated frames there is a thread on here where wurths gasket remover strips off the powder coat and it peels like a orange with none of the toxic mess.
