Hi , was just looking to see if anyone would have any info on this Paganini Cicli .. I’ve tried to look it up on line but not having much success .. any help / info would be appreciated.

My understanding was that Paganini was Plum's racing bike brand . WimVDD lives in Gent, where Plum/Paganini are from so he will know more.
